Goodguys to Honor Bay Area Roadsters at 29th West Coast Nationals!

The Bay Area Roadsters will be honored as the “Featured Car Club” at the upcoming Goodguys 29th West Coast Nationals presented by Flowmaster Mufflers August 21-23 in Pleasanton. Club cars, members and memorabilia will be on display inside a special parking area at Windmill Hill near the clock tower of the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. They might even feed you a hot dog if you’re nice!

Check out over 50 club cars (roadsters only!), and meet legends like Andy & Roy Brizio, Dennis Varni, Mr “49 in 9” Dave Schaub and more! Talk about a fantastic photo opp! For a closer look at the Bay Area Roadsters, look for their full length feature article in the September Goodguys Gazette – which hits mailboxes around August 10th! Stop by and say hello and meet these iconic roadster revelers!

The Bay Area Roadsters was officially formed in 1959 by founder Don Brusseau and four other members. From humble beginnings, the Club has progressed to the present where the maximum membership of 25 has remained full for over the past 13 years. The Club currently has 12 members with 25 years or more, which qualifies them as Lifetime members of this Club. There are also 6 more members with 12 or more years of active membership in this Club.
